The past while I have baked so many things thanks to some lovely days off. Too many for multiple posts and most I consider the rights to author bloggers so I thought I would share some of these treats with you in one post!
Here we go...
I made this cookie recipe from Sketch-free Vegan Eating the day after seeing the post. I changed the mix ins to sun flower seeds, peach, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and dried cranberries. I also used regular sugar. One of the best gluten free cookies I have ever had! I now love the taste of fresh fruit in cookies.
Then I made the best peanut butter cookies ever by Z's Cup of Tea. They are so soft and peanut buttery! I used 1/4 agave nectar. They are also gluten free
Now some gooey almond butter blondies by Wing-It Vegan. These were so good. Stirring in almond paste chunks is the best idea ever so if you have some be sure to use them. The only changes I made to this recipe was using half vegetable oil and half coconut oil and also using a mixture of white and whole wheat flour.
You might be drooling now; in which case you're welcome
Which of the above would you like to bake?
What have you baked recently?
Delicious! I love the butterfly dish with the last cookie! Off to "like" your facebook page now!
ReplyDeleteI'd probably choose the peanut butter cookie. I made a fraiser but having trouble getting a good photo. Was nice to have a bit of a break from the heat. Not gonna last though. Hot again tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend.
